   • Must be filed within 4 months of publication in the Trademark Journal

2. Details of Opponent

   • Name, address, nationality, and interest in the mark

3. Grounds of Opposition

   • Clearly written with legal and factual reasons

4. Supporting Evidence

   • Use of trademark, earlier registration, goodwill, sales invoices, ads, social media presence

5. Power of Attorney (TM-48)

   • If filed by a trademark attorney or agent
