2. Aadhaar Card or valid ID proof (Voter ID/Passport/Driving License)

3. Passport-size Photograph of the applicant

4. Mobile Number & Email ID

Address Proof of Business Place (any one):

1. Electricity Bill / Property Tax Receipt

2. Rent Agreement (if rented)

3. Consent Letter from owner (if not rented, but not owned)

4. NOC from Property Owner (if applicable)
