Basic Documents:

  1. PTRC Certificate (Registration Number)

  2. Challan of Tax Payment (Monthly/Yearly)

  3. Employee Salary Details (for the applicable period)

  4. PAN Card of the Business

  5. GST Certificate (if applicable)

  6. TIN or TAN (if applicable)

Business Entity Proof:

  • For Proprietorship: Proprietor’s PAN & Aadhaar

  • For Partnership: Partnership deed, PAN of firm

  • For Company/LLP: COI (Certificate of Incorporation), PAN, MOA & AOA

Authorized Signatory Documents:

  • PAN & Aadhaar of the signing authority

  • Board Resolution or Authorization Letter (for companies)

Login Credentials:

  • Maharashtra Mahagov PTRC Portal user ID and password (if filing online)
