3. Business Address Proof

   • Rent agreement, utility bill, or NOC from the landlord

4. Bank Details

   • Cancelled cheque or bank statement of the business

5. Certificate of Incorporation

   • For companies, LLPs, or partnership firms

6. Partnership Deed (if applicable)

   • For partnership businesses

7. Photograph

   • Passport-sized photo of the applicant

8. Business Activity Description

   • Brief of the business and products/services involved in import/export
