2. Incorporation Certificate

3. Partnership Deed (if applicable)

   • For partnership firms converting to a company.

4. Certificate of Incorporation

   • For the company to be formed post-conversion.

5. Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA & AOA)

   • Drafted and signed.

6. PAN Card of the Company

   • For the new company post-conversion.

7. Proof of Business Address

   • Rent agreement, utility bill, or NOC from the landlord.

8. Shareholders’ Agreement

   • In case of a company conversion involving equity shareholders.

9. No Objection Certificate (NOC)

   • From creditors or other stakeholders (if required).
